CFO/ Family Services Liasion
Gina Haymond brings years of leadership in banking and financial management to With Open Arms, where she oversees the organization's financial operations and supports families through the Family Services program. As Treasurer of the With Open Arms Board of Directors, Gina combines financial expertise with a passion for serving children and families, helping strengthen the organization's mission and long term impact.
Deborah Harmon
Case Mananger
Deborah Harmon is a respected housing advocate and community leader with decades of experience serving families throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. She also serves as Vice President of the Inland Equity Community Land Trust, advancing equitable housing and neighborhood development. As Case Manager at With Open Arms, Deborah helps families navigate resources, overcome barriers, and build a path toward long term housing stability.
